Where are public tenders published?

Tenders above the EU thresholds appear on TED, the EU-wide supplement to the Official Journal. Below them, each country has its own portals: in Czechia NEN and the Public Procurement Bulletin (Věstník veřejných zakázek), in Germany service.bund.de, the oeffentlichevergabe.de notice service and the procurement platforms of the federal states.

How does the AI pick tenders you can win?

In three steps: search the sectors and keywords from your profile, always as whole words; drop tenders whose hard criteria you miss, such as minimum turnover, references, certificates or place of performance; then assess the rest on soft criteria and write a recommendation. Unlike a CPV-code alert, the AI reads every notice it finds, so the search can stay broad without flooding your sales team.
