Olingo Medical, our flagship product, already runs live in clinics and hospitals across Czechia and Germany. The team is small, with no layers between you, the client, and production. You sit in client meetings, fine-tune the model, and watch your own deployment run live.

Business Development & Delivery Lead
Munich / Prague (hybrid)
Own the full relationship with our clients in healthcare, legal, and industrial sectors — from the first conversation and sales cycle through to leading delivery of the live on-premise AI deployment. You coordinate between client stakeholders, their IT teams, and our engineering team to close new business and make sure it actually ships. Native German, Czech, or Slovak plus fluent English required. Existing right to work in the EU required; we cannot sponsor visas for this role.
