The AI model and all processing run on hardware in your own data centre or server room. No data is sent to an external cloud service. You own the hardware, control the access, and the system can run fully air-gapped, with no internet connection.
Yes. On-premise is our standard, because it is the most secure option and where our deepest expertise lies. When your policy requires cloud, we deploy on a dedicated EU cloud or another cloud you approve, and harden it: no shared tenancy, full data isolation, access under your control.
Our fastest deployment took 3 weeks from contract to production. Complex integrations typically take 6–12 weeks, depending on your systems and how ready your IT is.
The first 30-minute call is free. The Analysis Workshop is a fixed-price day that ends with a target architecture, hardware sizing and a fixed-price quote for implementation. There are no per-token running costs, only your hardware and the support you choose.
Yes. Our OCR reads scanned forms, printed or handwritten, and turns them into structured data for your systems.
We support the system in operation: model monitoring, performance tuning and updates. After the initial deployment this can move to a fixed monthly maintenance model.
