REGULATORY MONITORING · EU · CZ · SK

Regulatory monitoring that routes each change to the person it affects

Regulatory monitoring is the daily tracking of laws, official journals, regulators and case law. Our AI checks every new item against your company profile, writes why it matters and who owns it, and sends a short brief with a traffic-light priority. Built for legal, compliance and regulatory affairs teams; the first 30 days on your own sources are free.

How does AI regulatory monitoring work?

In three steps: it fetches new texts from your sources, assesses them against your company profile and delivers a brief. The profile holds your business model, the countries you operate in, internal documents and a list of your experts with their remits.

For each relevant change the AI writes why it affects you, what follows from it and who should act. A change to the Batteries Regulation goes to your battery-safety officer, not to the tax lawyer.

  • traffic-light priority: red, orange, green
  • why the change matters to your company
  • implications: which policy, process or text to update
  • owner: a named expert or department
  • a link that opens the source and highlights the quoted sentence

Which sources are monitored?

The sources you choose: official journals, legislative procedures, regulators and courts. For the EU that is typically EUR-Lex, the European Parliament Legislative Observatory, the Council, the Court of Justice, ENISA, the EDPB or ESMA; national gazettes, ministries and courts are added per country. You can also forward a newsletter article or PDF by e-mail and the AI assesses it like any other source.

Why are newsletters and legal databases not enough?

A newsletter covers everything for everyone, and a legal database shows the change without saying what it means for your company. Someone still has to read it all and decide who needs what. The Ollsoft monitor does that first pass; interpretation and decisions stay with your lawyers. You give feedback by replying to the e-mail, and the AI stores it as a rule.
