Company OS puts a company wiki, tasks, search and AI agents on one tree of files. A document is a file, a project is a folder.
An agent runs under the account of the person who started it and sees exactly what that person sees, with no extra integration or second set of credentials. Claude Code, Codex and Hermes Agent work in it. Each person can have their own Hermes agent on Telegram that reminds, sends digests and reports; a meeting recording dropped into a folder comes back as minutes filed to the project.
Files stay on your server. The Linux kernel, not application code, decides who may read what: every person has a system account and every request runs as that person, for search, database and agents alike. When an agent works, it sends the texts it needs to the AI model it uses; if nothing may go to an AI provider, we look at a model on your server during the pilot.

It is new and we are only starting to roll it out beyond Ollsoft, which is why we begin with a pilot and fold your feedback into the next versions.
Yes. We move documents from Notion, Obsidian, Confluence, Google Drive, SharePoint or git. Word and PDF files stay as they are; Company OS extracts their text for search.
A virtual or physical server running Ubuntu 24.04, paid by you. A plain container is not enough, because Company OS creates real system accounts.
