It handles first contact from inquiry to booking, using your price list and procedures and answers you approve in advance. Your coordinator sees every conversation and can take over at any time.
Patients upload photos or PDFs of their reports. The AI reads and translates them and writes values such as AMH, FSH, semen analysis, infection serology and previous cycles into structured fields. The original sits next to every value, so the doctor checks it at a glance.
Where your clinic software has an import or API, we write the data directly; otherwise you get PDF, CSV or FHIR output.
It gives no medical advice, does not interpret results and does not promise success rates. Questions about a patient's own case go to your doctors. It says it is an AI at the start of every conversation and never reveals anything about donors.
Fertility data is health data, a special category under Art. 9 GDPR. The coordinator runs in an EU data center or on your own server, we sign a data processing agreement and we never train models on your patients' data.

No. It answers organizational questions and gives general information from your own material: prices, treatment steps, appointments, what to bring. Questions about a patient's own health go to your team.
The 30-day pilot is free. Going live is a one-off from €2,400 excl. VAT, then from €75 per booked first consultation, with no monthly fee.
During opening hours the AI transfers her to your coordinator; outside them it offers a call-back. Your coordinator gets the full history, so the patient repeats nothing.
Report reading and the text coordinator for chat and e-mail can, just as our AI runs entirely inside the network of two university hospitals. The phone voice runs in an EU data center.
